With an average crew size of 25 men working through numerous rain-outs the project was completed 4 days ahead of schedule with minimal operational downtime. Scope of services included innovative rigging, straightening, and repair techniques to restore the structural integrity of the coal handling system performed on an around-the-clock basis in the air over 100 feet above grade without cutting or damaging the conveyor belt.
