Assisted Kenny Construction in the set-up, mobilization, and management of the project team for the installation of a three unit Nooter/Ericksen double-wide heat recovery steam generator (HRSG). Oversaw all commercial aspects of this project including accountability for P&L and schedule performance for Kenny Construction Company.
