Recruited in July of 2001, this 20 month assignment consisted of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a team of construction professionals to staff the Power Group for Kenny Construction. Services included directing business unit personnel to achieve the most cost effective and profitable operational structure, preparation and implementation of a business unit plan, troubleshooting project obstacles, and managing contractual issues that could affect the financial interests of the company.
