InfraSource Project Management Organization

Assisted in the development of a new project management organization to manage major projects and provide guidance/technical expertise to each of the InfraSource Operating companies. Developed a Project Management Practices handbook to facilitate with the roll-out of an Enterprise Risk Management initiative to improve margin and better manage risk.
