3 year contract to upgrade transmission system across the state of Wisconsin including new greenfield substations, upgrades to existing substations, as well as new 115kV& 345kV transmission lines. ATC operates a system that includes 8,900 miles of transmission lines and 450 substations that serves the electric needs of approximately 5 million people in eastern Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and portions of Illinois. Assisted in staffing and development of new organization to execute the program including planning, estimating, procurement, and construction phases. Developed project controls system and trained staff to establish baselines, track & report weekly progress, and forecast cost-to-complete & schedule completion dates within 5% margin at both the project and program level.
