TRAINING & Process DEVELOPMENT

Our “Brown-Bag” training courses are designed to be taught over a long lunch so that key personnel do not have to leave the office or job site. This approach minimizes potential project disruption and keeps your staff both productive and safe. Each course is designed as a self-contained module, so that the experienced Project Managers can focus in on and select only the specific course topics of interest using our Ala Carte approach. Less experienced PMs can use the entire Project Delivery series to learn all the Project Management process-steps, improve project profitability, and develop project management proficiency at their own pace.

Profitability and PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT TOOLKITS

In addition to our training courses, we also offer pre-packaged Toolkits specifically designed for use by field personnel that contain checklists, templates, and sample examples tailored to Project Risk Levels to make it easy to implement on any project.

We also offer various levels of product support depending on the level of interest and/or need. Many clients have asked us to tailor specific toolkits and training courses to include their projects to create a more personalized training experience for their teams.

PILOT PROJECTS & PROJECT TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Pilot Projects are used as “sample examples” to facilitate organizational training by creating an immersive training environment that generates immediate project delivery value while accelerating personnel assessments, training, and competency development.

Over the years we have found that this approach adds significant value and accelerates organizational implementation by personalizing both the project delivery tools and training to real-life customer projects.

OPERATIONAL Due diligence, BENCHMARKing ASSESSMENTS, & Project HEALTH CHECKS

 

MFA&A has performed many Operational Due Diligence Assessments of potential acquisition targets, in addition to performing Organizational Benchmarking for Companies, to determine actual Operational Health Status and assess the accuracy of Financial Projections. Deliverables typically include:
